Jan Heppells - Holiday Let - Owners Care Pack To enhance your guests stay at your property, we find that good supplies make for Happy Clients ! We are finding that properties will always run out of the essentials, may only be a bulb or a loo roll and to address this we are now offering the Owners Care Pack. The pack includes: (Can be tailored to your requirements if needed) Loo Rolls - Kitchen Rolls - Scouring Pads - Dish Cloths - Washing up Liquid - Loo Bloo - Dishwasher Tablets Washing Machine Powder Light bulbs, we will carry the various Halogen Bulbs, plus all the usual replacements Not Energy Savers as these tend to last for ever. So when we arrive at your property, supplies are topped up, if a bulb has blown, its replaced, immediately. If there is no stock of the bulb at the property - Clients may take a “Dim” view ! Benefits: 1/ You can forget supplies, we take care of everything. 2/ Whatever supplies you have, that will be the one item that runs out. 3/ We store your supplies here. 4/ Cheaper, as we provide as and when needed rather than you holding “stock” 5/ If your supplies are “available” to clients, they may be pillaged ! 6/ We hold your replacements here, and are topped up on changeover. 7/ Monthly billing. Please note generic products may be used. The price for the total Care Pack is only £10.00 per month. This includes everything listed in the Pack below.
